  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services

7. Service Level and Availability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taxel Tech concerning the Services.
